Rae-Marie offers: Individual counselling and psychotherapy. A space to talk and explore your experience and concerns in a safe and private, confidential and non judging environment. Long or short term therapy.

Special Interests are: Working with anxiety and stress, depression, self esteem and relationship issues. Grief and loss issues.

Approaches and Modalities: Relational psychodynamic psychotherapy, with the use of some Cognitive Behavioural techniques.

Location: Mt. Eden, north of Mt Eden Village, just off Mt Eden Rd, and close to Symonds Street; near bus route and train station.
