I work with clients whose difficulties affect their ability to enjoy their day- to-day lives or who feel stuck with behaviours and reactions. I enjoy helping my clients find freedom to live more fulfilling lives.

Approach : I offer a gentle, safe space to work through the issues you want to address. I am a relational psychodynamic therapist and encourage exploration of your feelings, thoughts, and behaviours to grow your self-awareness and to help you to make meaning of them. Increased self-awareness is often the key to changes clients want.

I use somatic approaches, when appropriate, because they are effective in working with trauma. Somatic approaches are basically an invitation to notice and be curious about bodily sensations present during the work. This helps making difficult, traumatic experiences and emotions more accessible and eventually more tolerable.

My experience includes working with clients who are dealing with life changes, relationship issues, anxiety and depression, identity exploration and long-term illness and its consequences. I also have years of experience working with young adults going through challenges related to loss, grief, and trauma.
