General Psychotherapy Group

Our style is group analytic – a relational approach that works to develop the capacity of members of the group to be true to themselves and each other.

Our aim is to help you as a group member to improve the way you participate in relationship to yourself and others. Attending this group can assist you to experience and reflect on your relationship to any individual or group including family and work groups.
